Presbyterian Women (PW) is the national women’s organization of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.)
Membership in Presbyterian Women is open to all women. We hope you will find here a means to nurture your faith through prayer and Bible study, support the mission of the church worldwide, work for justice and peace, and experience fellowship among a caring community of friends. It is a great way to meet other women in the church.
We invite you to choose to participate in a circle (…visit several) or attend any of our scheduled events (gatherings) as they are announced.
Our circles meet once a month from September through May in a variety of places but always at the same times:
Esther Circle: Second Thursday morning coffee meeting in members’ homes, 9:30 a.m. (see upcoming events below for the next scheduled meeting place)
Lydia Circle : Second Tuesday early evening light meal and meeting in the Blue Room at the church 5:15 p.m.until 7 pm. Child care available with advance notice.
Martha Circle: Second Wednesday morning coffee meeting in the church parlor, 9:30 a.m. (baby-sitting available)
Rebecca Circle: First Tuesday morning coffee meeting in members’ homes or the church parlor, 10:00 a.m. (see upcoming events below for the next scheduled meeting place)
Ruth Circle: Second Tuesday morning coffee meeting in the church parlor, 9:30 a.m.
In addition there is a Mission Sewing Group that meets year round in the Activities Room every first, third, fourth and occasionally fifth Wednesday of the month at 9:30 a.m.
New circles may be formed at any time; if you have a group of friends who would like to get organized we would be glad to assist you. Please call the church office for more information.
There's Always Room for You!
